Why and How to Warm Up Properly

We’ve all been “warming up” since grade school. Sometimes, it was arm circles in phys. ed., or running laps before football practice.

Just like everything else, you can warm up a right way or a the wrong way.

The videos below show each exercise in my favorite dynamic stretching warm-up. This routine has helped 100’s of clients lay the foundation for their fitness journey.
