I’ve lived a pretty wild life to prove to myself that anything is possible, and coaching is my way of sharing that experience with others– I know that if you put in the work, you’ll get the results too.   1 + 1 = 2.

Using that system, I’ve helped hundreds of beginners get successful starts in fitness, and helped many professional or amateur athletes reach their full potential.

I’ve been involved in sports and fitness my whole life. After attending East Carolina University to study Exercise Science, I began to specialize in training.  I’m a USA Weightlifting Level 2- Advanced Sports Performance Coach, and a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the NASM.

I’ve also been a professional firefighter/EMT, air ambulance team member, MMA athlete, and competitive weightlifter

… but also the “skinny kid” who quit at everything– the most average Joe of all, until I decided to believe that my goals were possible; and achieved them all using positive habits, mental training, and fitness.
